The demands that this level of work put on the horses muscles makes regular massage an integral part of his training. like most horses he has strengths and weaknesses that could, if ignored, lead to physical injury and I feel that regular massage is an effective treatment all-round.

I am a Chiropractor and strongly believe that equine bodywork and massage complements the work I do, as well as being beneficial for horses that do not require my treatment. I have found Diane's assessment of a horse was thorough, knowledgeable and correct. I have no hesitation in recommending her for equine bodywork.

I would highly recommend Equine Body Workers trained through the Equinenergy program as a valuable asset in the health management of any performance horse, and would welcome their input on patients in my veterinary practice..

Blue had an accident which resulted in intensive muscle damage. Massage was a part of his rehabilitation and the difference was amazing after the first few sessions, after a full recovery he works even better than before. I still have him massaged regularly

Taking on a 7 year old ex-racehorse with no will to work was made an awful lot easier by making him comfortable through regular massages from Di and the things I was asking him to do became easier for him. As a result we are now beginning to get some quite respectable dressage scores. Thank you Di.

Although his body is naturally quite loose and supple, he can have a tendancy to hold himself in his lateral work. Diane has encouraged the neck and shoulder muscles to let go so he is more able to step through from behind into a lighter/softer neck which has made the lateral work easier and more expressive. |

Webster has a lot of natural lift and cadence but finds it more difficult to take that lift through with the hindquarters. Diane detected that she thought his pelvis might be slightly out and indeed a Chiropractor confirmed this diaganosis and this has been corrected. He now, through Diane's massage techniques, is able to move more freely through his shoulder to maximise his natural expression.
